Depends want phone you got and network if got a Samsung 22 or above on O2 should have it if you live in UK but others don't think on any yet

Your device has to be an unlocked device to receive beta software.

I've got A52s 5G on EE but should get android 13 in December I think but rather wait then have bugs and issues

The fold 4 will get the update in November going by Samsung's roadmap......but remember when you get it will also depend on your provider.
