Hi James!

If the phone's still not working as it should after a week, we would suggest having your phone inspected by one of our engineers. You can see your repair options here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/repair/

Hi

My wife's A21S screen isnt working, but I can access the phone and files via a PC. It suffered some slight water damage last weekend, by slight we were out in the rain and the phone was in an inside pocket, so I don't expect much water at all to have got in the phone. When she noticed the screen was frozen, a pinkish colour and lines on it. We immediately powered it down and put it on a radiator.

She likes the phone and it's just had A12, so am trying to see if anything can be done. We have had a quote for around £ 50 to replace the screen, but were warned it might be the motherboard therefore a screen replacement would not resolve the issue.

I just wonder if from a cable PC connection if it is possible to come to any conclusions?

Regards
James
