Best quality video reels on Instagram settings?

Hey Team,

Every time I struggle so much to find the best settings to shoot videos with my SGS22 to create content and then upload it on my IG page /reels/ videos / photos etc...

Can somone once and for all help me understand what settings I should shoot with my original Samasung camera in order to have the best quality videos on IG?

UHD 30 ? FHD 60 ? Full screen?

I tend to use 3:4 for photos and 9:16 UHD/60

@ludo360: I recommend finding out more about any upload limitations on Instagram before you choose your preferred Camera settings. For instance, if the maximum supported resolution is HD 1080p, then you're better off opting for this so there are no unwanted dips in quality when you upload the videos.

Hey Casavult! Thanks for the tip, this worked for a while but now that I have S23 I have noticed I can't take pics on 3:4, when I upload them they do not look right. Would you have an idea of what to do? I really like 3:4 as you take the pic and you know that's what is gonna look like on IG, but now the quality has changed.
