Samsung A20s stuck on power up screen, it says "Samsung galaxy a20s"

My a20s is stuck on the powerup screen which says "samsung galaxy a20s", I can't use the phone at all because it is at 0% and whenever I charge it, it just shows the power up screen "samsung galaxy a20s" the whole time whenever it charges and doesn't go away. but when i remove it from the charger it goes away but I can't use it nor turn it on it just acts like it's at 0%. please help me

@androiduser0527: Do you have access to another compatible charger that you can try to see if the problem persists? Alternatively, try connecting your A20s to a home computer using the USB cable that came packaged with the device, leave it for around 15 minutes, then press and hold the Power button to see if you're able to boot up the device in this manner.
