Galaxy Watch 5, Samsun Pay watch plugin not downloading

I received my Galaxy Watch 5 and am trying to set up payment from my watch.

When I activate the watch it tells me to open the Galaxy Wearable app on my phone and install Samsun Pay (Watch plug-in).

When I go to the Google Play store from the Wearable app and find the Samsung Pay (Watch plug-in), I get an error

Something went wrong Try again.

When I go to the Samsung Store, I can not find the app.

you might have to wait until the official launch date of 26th Aug before it will download from the play store

Just download it directly from the playstore instead of going through the wearable app, then open it on your phone. Then try again, it worked for me.
