When swipe up is done no older e mails load? Never had this happen before

Could we just grab a teeny bit more info?

What phone are you using? Is this using the stock email app on your phone? Is everything up to date (phone and app)? Could you try restarting your phone to see if this helps out?

I have a new samsung s10e and recently transferred all files over and cant seem to load the mail app and get all my previous and new emails on my current logged in email which is the original one that worked on my old phone, I'd really appreciate if you could get back to me as soon as possible because restarting my phone didnt work and I need a solution as I need my email for work
