How can I find the work profile side I have no idea how to access that side

@GamingXcooper You can turn on/off Work Profile from the quick menu on your phone. Simply swipe down from the top and scroll along to Work Profile to operate this feature.

I have tried to search for work profile but I cannot find it at anywhere I don't weather its beacause I'm on Samsung A71 cos my old phone A50 could do it

Have you spoken to your Work IT Team and ensured this account has been added to your A71?

Persist and fix if you can, my work provision it, but I still need to install and authenticate.

It is by far the best feature for the past 2 year remote working, my iPad was a nightmare, yes fo us and quite time settings but not for everything, with Samsung I toggle one icon from the drop down notification pane and its all on or all off.
