hi . I've lost my email with 12 month code o it , I contacted disney who says its not them doing promotion, I contacted Samsung and they said contacted disney , all I want is a new copy of the code .

who sends it .

Have you checked spam/junk and deleted items/trash folders? If you use Gmail or outlook, go through the web portal as it will show older emails than the Android clients can

yeah , went through all mails, its maby been deleted, and samsung says see disney and disney says see samsung , so samsung says I will hear from there manager in 3 to 5 days?

all I want is the code resent , can't be that hard

All deleted emails in Gmail are stored in the bin for 30 days before being auto deleted, I don't think binned items show up in a search although I'm not 100%.

Searching Disney+ (should highlight the email)

Mine was sent from Samsung (promotions) not Disney

I've tried searching disney, samsung and code, but nothing, and my bins emptied , it was full so stuff was deleted amd maby code aswell , it was from the promotion
