Enable native call recording for UK

So I know one has to revert phone back to oreo for 3rd party call recording.

Or flash india csc for native call recording on pie.

I tried oreo but cannot stop the phone from updating back to pie.

2 questions........

1- How to stop oreo updating to pie without root.

2- What do I lose when using india csc?sam pay etc
