      <description>Is anyone having a problem downloading themes? To correct it, it is possible to change the country registration in the Google account once a year. I don't know if this is your case.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Disable power saving, apply hard reboot and check. To do hard reboot-press and hold volume(-) button and power button at the same time,until the phone restarts/ about 10 sec/.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
