Playing Music Offline on Samsung Galaxy S8

I have been trying to move by music library from itunes to an SD card on my Galaxy S8 phone. I thought I had managed it by transferring it to Amazon Music as a Prime member but as I am not an 'Amazon Unlimited' customer it won't then let be play half of it, even though it is all music I have previously purchased.

There is so much contradictory information and different software, my question is what mobile phone app should I use to play music (offline as well) that also allows me to have my playlists and how do I transfer the music to that app either from itunes or Amazon Music?

I thought this would be simple...I was so wrong! Thank you!

I'm not sure what 'apples drm' means, but I have successfully converted the format so songs will play on Amazon Music, it's just Amazon's restrictions as I don't want to pay a monthly fee on music I have already purchased, so some are greyed out and some aren't; so I am wanting to find an alternative (offline) music player app, where I can import playlists.

Ahhh I get you......don't really know which ones will help out? Maybe samsungs music player will work out? Oh drm is "digital rights management "
