      <description>Hi, make sure to go into connections then go into more connection settings and make sure rich communications is toggled on if your using Samsung messages, what found worked for me using Google messages is cleat the data &amp;amp; revert it back to how it was when purchased, go into messages settings &amp;amp; don't add your number it should setup itself.&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know if this works for you, my last resort what doing a factory reset &amp;amp; don't enter your number in chat settings.</description>

      <description>Periodically chat can have this issue. The solution is to wait 8 days before trying to register. If you try any earlier the 8 days start again. Basically, you are waiting for your advto deregister from the chat server.</description>
