I'm reaching out to you guy's I keep getting system ui on my phone no-one can tell me what it is but it's annoying can anyone help thank you 😊

I've just had another look it says sd card error is that the memory card I put in when I got this phone it is old.

It will be yes. Possible that if the card is old then it may have corrupted (they wear down through read/write cycles & over time).
I'd try removing the card and power the handset up. The error hopefully should go. As for the data on the card then you could try replacing the card into the handset and seeing if it is detected but you will risk the potential of doing more damage to the card content
