I have got the s9 plus phone and for some reason I can't merge calls or conference calls I've tried and just won't work is there anything I should in settings to be able to do conference calls need help

@deedee64: I appreciate that you may have tried this already, however please follow the steps below to create a conference call on your S9+

Call a number > Tap the '+ Add Call' button > Enter the second number, then tap the green phone symbol > Tap 'Merge' to start the conference call.

If this doesn't work for you, please can you confirm what happens when you attempt the steps above? Do you get any error messages?

Conferencing is not on by default and have to call your carrier to enable. This is the case with me anyway

I'm on vodafone UK,
