S21 notification

I've stopped receiving notifications on just one particular app. In the settings it's showing as turned on but there is a comment next to it saying 'manually disabled' and can't find where to change it.

Any ideas?

When I receive a text message I get the notification but no sound even though everything is switched on? Any ideas

Click on the app
Notifications
Show notifications

Thanks but that is showing the notifications as being turned on, but under the notifications settings its still showing as on but manually disabled

Try Below

Open your phone's Settings app.

Tap Apps & notifications. Notifications.

Under “Recently Sent,” tap an app.

Tap a type of notification.

Choose your options: Choose Alerting or Silent. To see a banner for alerting notifications when your phone is unlocked, turn on Pop on screen.

Could find this, but the notifications are working now even though it still has 'manually disabled '

Found the problem on another forum
The battery saving options had put the app to sleep. I've changed this and the manually disabled message has gone
