I can not write in the middle of my Note20 Ultra

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have my new Note 20 Ultra for around two months. I've just realized that I can not write in the middle of the screen!!! There is a small cycle that I can not register the stylus Spen movement there even if I tray more pressure there!!!!

Please Help!

Let's try a hardware test on your phone. Dial *#0*# into your phone's Keypad and from the options available, select 'Touch'. Run your finger around the pattern shown to see if you can complete the lines which should turn green.

Thank you so much for your reply. I resolved this issue after using SAMSUNG Protective Cover that came in the box. Thanks again for your advice and support.
