How to set up Samsung Health for family members?

I have a question about Samsung Health app. I want to use "Together" feature with my family. I mean challenge each others , who does more steps etc.

What I don't understand , how do I set up our settings that just family members can see each others steps. I can change who can invite me to a challenge. In my case it would be "friends" from my friends list. I synchronised contacts and I have my family members and some colleagues on my friend list.

All I want that only my family can see my steps/activity but not my colleagues. Do I need to block my colleagues? Or how can I do that? Thanks any advise.

But it can help others who don't know where to start.

By the way, I guess I figured out the solution, however I am not 100% sure it works exactly how I want it.
