If the issue persists, open the Messages app &amp;gt; Tap the 3 dots in the top right &amp;gt; Settings &amp;gt; More Settings &amp;gt; Multimedia Messages &amp;gt; Restrictions &amp;gt; Free.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
