I have credit but my MMS emoji will not send and does anyone know why why I've got an a 12 Samsung

Is you messaging set to mms or sms....sms can't send emoji but mms can

@DEGSYS: Try swiping from the top of your screen to the bottom and enabling Mobile Data, as this will be required to send messages containing images or Emojis. If the issue persists, open the Messages app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > More Settings > Multimedia Messages > Restrictions > Free.
