Curve card - cannot put my three digit security code on the curve app

I'm trying to put my curve/samsung pay card onto my watch but it's asking for the three digit security code but I cannot do it on the curve app I click on card details and it can only give me my pin

Samsung Pay could be asking for the CVC security digits which are the 3 numbers on the back of a physical debit card @Baz89

My card is completely blank and I've emailed curve twice and have heard nothing

I haven't owned a curve card so I can't comment on personal experience.

“ Your card's number, CVC and expiry date are securely stored in your Curve app under the “Account” tab. To access them you'll have to verify your identity either through biometric verification (such as Face ID) or by entering your passcode in-app. ”

Yeah when I click on card details all I can get is the card pin

One of the posts in the 2nd link suggests the CVC is really light and needs to be looked at closely.

Curve have removed seeing card details from the app. I'm having the same issue only on my Samsung card.

Just received my Samsung Pay Curve card and mine is also totally blank, I've looked really closely and there is nothing on it other than my name. I've also searched the app and no sign of it other than my PIN. It's strange because when you activate the card is says it's updating the CVC and expiry date but doesn't tell you how to find it.

I am wondering if I need to use it at a retailer first with the PIN before it displays further card info ?

Just randomly checked the app and now I can see the full card details so all sorted 👌

Same here, thanks 😊 just checked on the app and my details are now displayed. Looks like you need to leave it 24hrs after activating the card on Curve.

On curve click on launchpad click on accounts then you will see card details click on that to see your curve card details.
