How do I get my phone unlinked to this ***** its doing my head can't even watch a video without it popping up on the bottom of my screen and stopping the video

If you don't want samsung members to send notications disable it in the setting or you can just simply delete the members app

Hi @martg121 I am taking it that you wish to Disable Bixby. If you have one of the more modern devices such as S20 series,,Note 20 or S21 series go to the quick settings panel and tap on power key-side Key settings. You can change it here so that Bixby is not activated with these keys. However if your phone has the dedicated Bixby key you can remap it . You can also Reset Bixby Voice by clearing the Data and cache in storage. See more here : https://www.samsung.com/Bixby
