That's embarrassing for Samsung. The trouble is that copy and pasting everything shown in Windows explorer from the phone storage and micro sd doesn't include apps and app data and few other important things. Please fix your app Samsung!

Hi friends

I have a note 10 plus 5g on the latest firmware and I'm trying to back it up using smart switch. The problem is when I plug it into smart switch it tells me it cannot back up videos or photos because they're hidden by a locking app yet I don't have any locking apps installed and secure folder is disabled. It also tells me applications may not work properly due to the software version of the connected device. These error message are the same both on windows 10 and the latest version of mac OS. Any information would be helpful.

Many thanks all!

I noticed this on a Windows PC, recently. There seems to be an issue with the app so I just copied and pasted my media to my PC.
It's an app issue and you are doing nothing wrong.
