    <description>Not sure what the latest is with this query but if the sim still works in the old phone or another different phone then there could be a issue or set up issue with the new phone.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the sim doesn't work in any other phone then looks like when the upgrade was done... a replacement sim must have been activated at some point yet you never got it. If that's happened then the network messed up.</description>

      <description>Sims can take up to 24 hours to be activated. If you are getting those messages you aren't doing anything wrong.</description>

      <description>Sounds like network haven't activated new Sim .. just contact their customer services with the new Sim number &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thumbs_up:"&gt;👍&lt;/span&gt;</description>
