hi i need advice i did an update on my samsung a70 and it completely crashed the phone i have had the software re installed but the update wiped my phone is there anyway to get my photos back thank you

Hi,
Try going

Settings

Click on Backup & Restore

Select latest backup files

Then tap on Restore
from Backup

To restore all erased data from phone

I've had this happen to me on my Note 10 plus... the phone got stuck in a boot loop after a update. Took me a couple of days to break out of the boot loop and restore my phone. Thankfully didn't loose any data. Before any update now... I just back up my data... I don't take any risks anymore.
