S21+ instagram audio massage issue

I have a problem with sending audio massages on instagram

They fail just as i send them

And text massage is Ok

my instagram acc works well with other devices, i have this problem only with S21+

Anyone knows the soulotion?

I've tryed uninstalling the app,VPNs,restarting my phone,clearing the cash and every thing else

Hey @Asma_mleki ,

have you checked if there are any pending updates for Instagram or any other apps on your phone? Is the phone connected to a strong Wi-Fi or mobile data network when that happens?

Hi,
Please go to settings and then apps, and click on Instagram and see if you given permission for microphone. If not then please do so and this should solve ur problem.

The internet connection is Ok

Instagram is uptaded to the last version

What do u mean "the other apps"?

Have u checked any other permissions if its allowed. If this doesn't help u can do this. On the settings click on apps then Instagram and go to storage and do clear data. This will rest ur Instagram and u will need to sign in again.
