      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mine updated last night and I've been having problems with mobile data too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Apps appear to be offline until I do the mobile data on-and-off trick you described, then they load correctly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have put the phone into hotspot mode, connect my laptop and everything works as it should on the laptop. However, apps on the phone still appear to be off line - which is really, really odd.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have restarted and switched off-on the phone multiple times, took sim card out etc, nothing cures it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As you mentioned, does anyone know how to actually report this to Samsung?       <description>Me and my partner are having the same issues. I have tried so many fixes from what people have advised online. Samsung need to rectify this ASAP, everything works whilst connected to WiFi but not mobile data.</description>
