I've problem to connect my phonak hearing aid to bluetooth. Has worked without problem at least a year. Now it doesn't work so I can't use them connected to my Samsung S7 for phonecalls

Why ?????

@Repet: I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. Can you try pressing the Volume Down and Power buttons together for around 10 seconds until the S7 restarts, then head to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > On> Tap the cog to the right of your hearing aid > Unpair > Toggle Bluetooth off, then on again > Enable pairing mode on your hearing aid by following the manufacturers instructions > Select it from the list of available devices. Are you able to connect the hearing aid following these steps?
