Settings keeps stopping S10 Plus

I'm hoping someone can help , I've got an S10 + and for the past month or so its performance has got worse . Its now at the point where I get "settings keeps stopping" every time and use the apps . I cant access any of the settings to take it back to factory settings . I cant access any of the quick launch apps at the top of the screen . If I try and do the hard reset it comes up with an error "Back up fail "

Has anyone else had this experience ?

I cant get in to recovery mode from hard reset - it gives a Back up fail message . Is there another way to get in to recovery mode?

press and hold the following three buttons at the same time. . . Power Button, Bixby Button, Volume Up Button

Make sure you are connected to your PC as this is now a requirement for Android 11.
