Downloaded the TV app onto my phone and when opening it up it says you must be 13 years or over. I'm 35. Cannot use this app as when I press ok it closes.

Hi @LouiseMc, can you confirm which app this is? Did you download it from the Google Play Store?

Yes it was from Google play store

@LouiseMc: Are you referring to the TV Plus app? It might be worth checking your Google account settings to see if your date of birth is included, as this may be what's preventing you from downloading the app. Alternatively, open the Google Play Store > Tap your profile in the top right > Settings > Family, and turn off Parental Controls, if applicable.

Yes the TV plus app. All settings are fine. The app is downloaded its when I open it to view that I get the message and when I press ok it automatically closes the app
