Hello All,

I have noticed that most of my photos which were arranged in albums have disappeared from the gallery. I have a Samsung Galaxy S21. Can anyone please advise how I can recover the photos?

Hi @YatesK. Are these photos that you took yourself or images that you downloaded or were sent to you?

Storage , u can download them from there

Some are photos I took myself and others were sent to me

Hi Jo, sorry but where would I find Storage? I am not that savvy when it comes to mobile phones and all my children are on iPhones

Hi @YatesK. You can find the Storage by going into Settings > Battery and Device Care > Storage > Images.
