Ringtones.

I have downloaded a ringtone app from the Galaxy store, selected the one I want and used the option which says it has been installed as my ringtone but it doesn't work. Why not or what else should I have done to override the existing original phone stored one.

Hello Tess. I am not that bright but phone is a Samsung Galaxy SM600FN. Internet supplier is Talktalk and email is hotmail/outlook. Don't know what else you may need.

That is more than enough @rorkusporkus

To add a new ringtone to your Galaxy A6 you will need to follow these steps: Apps> Settings> Sounds and notifications> Ringtone> Add> Look out for the song that you would like to add, and ensure that it's in a compatible format> Done.
