my photos have stopped uploading to my one drive from the gallery since febuary.i have changed nothing and it is synced.also when the phone rings there show be a green phone to answer and a red phone to hang up but im not getting the green phone?can only answer it by pressing the volume button.once again did work and ive changed no settings?

Are you still having these issues? Is the software on your phone up to date? Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install. Also, let's try a soft reset on the phone. This will end all processes and give the phone a fresh start. Press and hold the Volume Down and Power keys at the same time until the phone switches off and back on again.

Phone has latest update. Tried switching it on /off.phone says its synced.reading on app store alot of samsung users are unhappy with one-drive.mine worked perfect till march.my green phone answering button hasn't worked for months.
