<title>topic Firmware recovery in Mobile Apps &amp; Services</title>
    <link>https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/mobile-apps-services/firmware-recovery/m-p/1085833#M1148</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I have an s6 for work as it broke so I bought a second hand replacement. The usb doesn't work.&amp;nbsp; Or rather it doesn't connect to pc. It charges ok with the original cable but when I plug into usb port on pc it doesn't show as device which means I can't re install factory firmware. It would seem the incorrect firmware is causing issues with usb. Is there a way of installing firmware with a usb connection? Via WiFi , app or maybe Dropbox or something similar? Tia.
