Audio sounds bad while using apps and calling

I often make calls through Snapchat (I think my phone counts this as a normal call by the way), and whenever I try to play sound from apps or games at the same time, it comes out muffled, almost like it’s underwater. The call audio itself is fine, but everything else isn’t. I’m using a Galaxy S24, and I have this issue both with and without earphones, and even with different earphones. I believe I also have the same problem when calling through other apps, not just Snapchat. How can I fix this?
