I accidentally removed the Now Briefing widget from the home screen. How do I add it back?

From Widgets or settings -> lock Screen and AOD -> Now Bar activate feom there

I can't activate it because there is no now brief in the now bar tab. They said to look in the edge panel. It is not there either. There is no direct application.
