      <title>Photo recovery after factory reset</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I reset the phone and hoping the photo would still be there. But they weren't.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And they weren't backed up in the cloud either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It turned out that reset get the photos too. I was stupid, and lessen learned.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I am searching for a way to recover the photos, because I have very important photos stored in my phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried "Disk Drill", it requires a root to my phone, I failed to root, so this was not a success.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anyway that I can &lt;STRONG&gt;recover my photos&lt;/STRONG&gt;?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does Samsung provide this kind of service?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>The normal scans dont require root. If the scans dont find anything your data is lost.</description>

&lt;P&gt;Although the results of the scans differ a little per app, when it finds nothing, there are lost sadly. We always recommend to back-up important data like photo's. Maybe you send some photo's &amp;nbsp;to contact through WhatsApp or e-mail?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your message. When you did not had a back-up changes are that they are completly lost. There are third party apps that can try recover photo's for you but usually they can only recover some photo's at best. I hope it will work out for you.&lt;/P&gt;
