      <title>Problemi smartThings</title>

      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;Da circa 20giorni probabilmente dopo l'ultimo aggiornamento l'applicazione non mi fa accendere la tv con il comando vocale, stesso problema rilevato tramite alexa perche chiaramente essendo l'applicazione collegata! La cosa strana e che sia dal telecomando virtuale su smartThings che con comando vocale la tv si spegne, mentre appunto in accensione non si accende ne tramite comando vocale ne tramite telecomando virtuale! Addirittura dopo aver toccato il pulsante di ascensione sul telecomando virtuale il pulsante inizia ad girare come se andasse alla ricerca della tv! Ripeto il tutto succede in accensione mentre in spegnimento tutto funziona.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;</description>

&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;Analizziamo insieme la situazione, così da capire dove risiede l'intoppo e provvedere in tal senso.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;In primo luogo, quale TV possiedi esattamente? È sufficiente il modello, non il seriale:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://sprcdn-assets.sprinklr.com/124/9943167b-7d4d-4e43-9acb-e5c2c54e417b-879288554/image.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;A questo è poi collegata qualche unità esterna, come una soundbar, un decoder, una console di gioco...? Di Alexa, possiedi anche un Echo Dot associato?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;In caso sia così, prova a scollegare tutto e ritentare l'attivazione vocale con il solo TV "neutro"; avremo in tal modo la possibilità di capire se sia in corso qualche interferenza.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;In attesa di avere dettagli, ti raccomando di verificare poi se siano disponibili aggiornamenti più recenti di SmartThings.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Crystal UHD 43" gia ho provato a dissociare la tv da alexa! La tv non è collegata a nessun dispositivo ma nonostante ciò continua a dare lo stesso problema! L'altra tv un QLED 65" non ha nessun problema!</description>

&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;Il comportamento, infatti, sembra dovuto ad una disconnessione dalla rete durante lo spegnimento del TV (che va in standby, in realtà).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;Senza connessione, i comandi vocali nono possono essere eseguiti. Provare altre reti ci permetterà di verificare meglio questo comportamento.&lt;/P&gt;
