      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ieri, 29 ottobre, l'app SMART CALL, installata sul mio Galaxy 9, ha iniziato ad aver problemi. E' successo dopo aver scaricato e installato il pacchetto di aggiornamenti passati ieri. In sostanza al momento della chiamata esce un avviso che dice che l'app si è interrotta. Qualcuno ha lo stesso problema?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ho riscontrato la stessa cosa anche io.. Telefonare è impossibile. Si apre continuamente un pop-up con il messaggio che l'applicazione Smart Call continua a interrompersi e non mi fa fare altro.. non risco nè a ricevere nè ad effettuare chiamate. E questo dopo l'aggiornamento di ieri sera 29 ottobre 2020.. Cosa posso fare??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>ma non scherziamo...un ripristino porta con sé un sacco di problemi...è evidente che l'aggiornamento ha creato un problema ed è naturale attendersi una pronta e veloce soluzione da parte di Samsung</description>

      <description>no, non è uno scherzo. ti ho dato una possibile soluzione (neanche a te ma a un altro utente) che puoi decidere di seguire oppure no. &lt;BR /&gt;inoltre il ripristino non porta nessun problema, se non dover fare un backup. certo se non necessario, come nel caso di un problema prodotto da un aggiornamento, quindi non dall utente, ci si aspetta una risoluzione da chi l ha creato</description>
