the official list of banks partnering for Samsung Pay Italy is here: samsung.com/it/samsung-pay .

Unfortunately the issuer you mentioned is not part of the list.

See that but now what can I do ?. on bank list of Italy there not mention revolut

Hi,

Unfortunately you can't do anything about it.
If your Revolut Mastercard is not included in the Italian list, you can't add it on Samsung Pay and neither on Samsung Wallet.
