0.5 camera problem

Hi, i have a A54 5G, and the 0.5 camera is not been working for a while. I've tried to search answers with no luck. My phone has all the updates. I've deleted the data to see if turning the settings to the original would work, and it didn't work either.

Anybody have a tip?

vous êtes sur un forum communautaire Samsung France.
veuillez poser votre question en Français pour avoir des réponses.

sinon contacter le forum communautaire Samsung anglais.
Essayez de faire un diagnostic sur la page d'accueil de Samsung membres en haut au milieu, pour vérifiez s'il y'a un problème.
si c'est le cas , il faut contacter le service après vente ou contacter un réparateur agréé Samsung proche de chez pour vérifier le problème.
si aucun problème technique, il faut envisager une réinitialisation de votre téléphone après avoir sauvegarder vos données.

after resetting if your camera is not working just give to Samsung service center near you can fix it, if its a software bug or hardware issues.
