Samsung Notes needs a web/Linux App !

I use Samsung Tablets and Smartphones daily. I also like the Samsung Apps. The problem is that I can't use Samsung Notes on my Linux Desktop PC. I know, that you can sync your notes with OneNote, but I don't have (and don't want) a Microsoft Account. As a Linux User I don't like Microsoft that much (also OneNote is awful (in my opinion). I only need to view and maybe do some small changes to my document on my PC.

Guten Morgen. Für wen soll der Beitrag denn in einem User helfen Usern Forum gedacht sein? Samsung Apps sind ja bisher noch nicht einmal auf Hardware von anderen Herstellern verfügbar.

In a linux help screen search for "mtp" to connect your Samsung. But it does'nt work fine.

ich habe Mitbekommen, dass jetzt alle Windows PCs Samsung Notes/Internet bekommen. Einige Apps wie z.B. der Browser oder Penup auch für andere Android Geräte verfügbar

Seiteninfo: Die Samsung Notes zu OneNote Kopplung wird bald eingestellt. War eh beta und Schrott.

Ein Web Client ist immer gut, da universell. Fände ich auch sinnvoll. Aber will Samsung das, ist die Frage. Und wie sieht es mit dem Pen Interface aus, geht das so einfach in verschiedenen Browsern auf diversen Plattformen?

Sie haben die Möglichkeit, Quick Share auf Ihrem PC zu installieren und die Samsung Notes-Dateien im PDF-Format zu übertragen.

I would try using Scrcpy, a lightweight open-source tool that mirrors your Android screen to your Linux desktop via USB or Wi-Fi.

Or dex mode from your tablet or you can turn 2nd screen feature on your tablet

I don't always take my phone/tablet with me. I often only have my Debian PC.

There is no DeX support for Linux.
Scrcpy and some other tools are meant to mimic it.

Hmm maybe you can download a mod that let's you use it on Linux after all you have more freedom there compared to Windows

I can't it's not avalible as an exe file so I couldn't even run it in wine. I'd need the source code to recompile it by myself. (I'm sure they won't give their code to me )
