    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ciao&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;quando colleghi l'astuccio al PC, il led si accende perlomeno?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Se sì, allora t&lt;SPAN&gt;i consiglio di collegare al PC l'astuccio con una cuffia e verificare se il PC la riconosce e notifica la mancanza dell'altra.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I questo caso richiederà di collegarla e con questa&amp;nbsp;procedura potresti&amp;nbsp;risolvere.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In caso contrario, ti consiglierei di rivolgerti ad un nostro centro assistenza.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Ciao,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Ciao Imma90, Benvenuta nella nostra Community!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Potresti indicarci se l'astuccio di ricarica delle tue IconX presenta qualche led acceso?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ti consiglio di collegare al PC l'astuccio con una sola cuffia, dovresti verificare se il PC la riconosce e notifica la mancanza dell'altra, in quel caso richiederà di collegarla e con tale procedura di calibrazione dovresti risolvere.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Se tutti i led sono spenti e il prodotto non da alcun segno di vita, sarà necessario farlo periziare presso un nostro Samsung City Point.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Facci sapere!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ciao&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Salve da 2 giorni il mio Gear icon x non si ricarica e non si collega al computer, ho provato con una sola cuffia, poi con l'altra,poi senza entrambe,ma niente . Rimane acceso sempre il led dal lato ricarica gli altri 2 sempre spenti.. abito a Cinisello Balsamo(MI) ,dove posso portarlo ad aggiustare?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Ciao ragazzi stesso problema!!!&lt;BR /&gt;Ho difficoltà a caricare la musica nel dispositivo... ho istallato l'applicazione sul pc (windows 10) mi dice "connessione del dispositivo in corso" ma dopo un po dice "dispositivo non trovato" &amp;gt;_&amp;gt; inoltre quando si apre l'applicazione si aprono due cartelle "Iconx_R e Iconx_L".&lt;BR /&gt;Ho provato a caricase la musica direttamente nella cartella musica ma quando la vado ad ascoltare si sente solo sulla cuffia di Rigth (destra) i led di stato anteriori quando carico la musica lampeggia sono quello in cui viene caricata la musica (in questo caso solo il desto) ma poi ad un certo punto lampeggiano entrambe.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Soluzioni?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Grazie in anticipo&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ciao&amp;nbsp;dodo_78,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;considera che ciascuna delle IconX dispone di 4 GB di memoria, pertanto è normale che vengano rilevate come due unità di memoria distinte&amp;nbsp;:smileywink:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hai installato il software&amp;nbsp;Gear IconX PC Manager sul PC? Dovrebbe essere sufficiente inserire entrambe le cuffie sulla basetta e poi collegarle al PC in quanto il software è contenuto nella memoria delle IconX.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tramite il software è possibile sia aggiungere ed eliminare i brani che effettuare aggiornamenti software&amp;nbsp;:smileyhappy:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Troverai tutte le informazioni sul&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201607/20160707183640828/SM-R150_UM_Open_Ita_160707.pdf" target="_blank"&gt;Manuale d'uso&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;a partire da pagina 26.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rimango a disposizione.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ciao!&amp;nbsp;:smileyhappy:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ciao&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;quando colleghi l'astuccio al PC, il led si accende perlomeno?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Se sì, allora t&lt;SPAN&gt;i consiglio di collegare al PC l'astuccio con una cuffia e verificare se il PC la riconosce e notifica la mancanza dell'altra.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I questo caso richiederà di collegarla e con questa&amp;nbsp;procedura potresti&amp;nbsp;risolvere.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In caso contrario, ti consiglierei di rivolgerti ad un nostro centro assistenza.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Ciao,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Si, il led dal lato della micro usb si acedne, riconosce le singole cuffie all'interno del caricabbaterie, quando dico "riconosce" mi riferisco al fatto che apre la cartella della singola cuffia, senza l'ausilio del suo software, in quanto l ho disinstallato.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ma a prescindere da tutto ciò come mai la mia connessione bluetooth del Pc non mi permette la connessione agli auricolari pur rilevandoli?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ok provo a installare nuovamnete l'applicazione sul pc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ciao&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;dodo_78,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;prova a fare un reset delle iconX, premendo l'apposito tastino sotto la parte in gomma, solo su uno degli auricolari.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Per quanto concerne il software, è possibile che ci sia qualcosa sul tuo PC che ne impedisca il corretto funzionamento.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Purtroppo è impossibile risalire a cosa nello specifico, ma controlla gli antivirus e utility di sistema.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Infine, per quanto concerne la connessione diretta al PC tramite bluetooth, c'è da considerare che il computer potrebbe funzionare secondo protocolli differenti. Questa tipologia di connessione, infatti, non è garantita.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Ciao,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
