      <description>&lt;P&gt;Buongiorno,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;da alcuni giorni il mio televisore&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;ue32j5200 s/n 0by83hcgb02088d, comprato nel dicembre 2015, non riesce più a collegarsi tramite app dello smart tv. Quando provo l'accesso, il televisore mi da il seguente messaggio: collegamento alla rete ma non ad internet. Eppure se collego il mio computer allo stesso cavo di rete, il collegamento è eccellente (70 Mbps).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Potreste aiutermi?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Ciao LanfrancoB, Benvenuto nella nostra Community!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hai provato a rifare la configurazione guidata della rete o a connetterti tramite Wi-Fi? Se si puoi indicarci che risultato ottieni?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ti consiglio comunque di provare a tenere il TV spento e staccato dall'alimentazione per qualche ora, quindi ricollegarlo e riprovare.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Facci sapere &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://eu.community.samsung.com/html/@758C9CF82B69C1E7230907A98BEAE742/images/smilies/1.samsung_1f0cf.png" alt=":smiling-face:" title=":smiling-face:" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ciao!</description>
