      <description>&lt;P&gt;Buongiorno,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ho uno smart tv samsung UE32J6200AKXZT. Quando provo ad attivare i servizi aggiuntivi con&amp;nbsp; il tasto blu o rosso ottengo il messaggio "non disponibile".&amp;nbsp; Lo smart è correttamente collegato a internet. Grazie&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Ieri fatta prova su raiuno contemporaneamente su i due tv samsung che abbiamo. Premuto tasto BLU e su uno si avviava RAIPLAY&amp;nbsp; mentre su quello indicato compariva scritta "non disponibile"&lt;/P&gt;</description>
