      <description>salve a tutti, dopo vari tentativi la tv non mi fa accedere a facebook, i passaggi che ho eseguito sono questi: smart Hub, accesso a Samsung account, gestione account, collega a facebook, immissione di email e password clicco su ok e mi dice informazioni non trovate, come mai non mi da l'accesso se l'account Facebook è perfettamente funzionante??? grazie anticipatamente</description>

      <description>Ciao Giuseppe, ecco la procedura &lt;IMG class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" id="smileyhappy" src="https://eu.community.samsung.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.png" alt="Smiley Felice" title="Smiley Felice" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1) scaricare il firmware sul PC&lt;BR /&gt;2) avviare il file scaricato e cliccare su "extract"&lt;BR /&gt;3) affianco al file appena scaricato verrà creata una cartella.&lt;BR /&gt;4) copiare e incollare la cartella su una chiavetta USB vuota e formattata in FAT32.&lt;BR /&gt;5) estrarre la chiavetta dal PC e inserirla nel TV&lt;BR /&gt;6) andare su menù - supporto - aggiornamento software - tramite USB&lt;BR /&gt;7) il TV riconoscerà il file e si aggiornerà automaticamente.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Dopo l'aggiornamento procedi con un reset del TV da menù - supporto - autodiagnosi - reset. &lt;IMG class="emoticon emoticon-smileywink" id="smileywink" src="https://eu.community.samsung.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.png" alt="Smiley Strizza l'occhio" title="Smiley Strizza l'occhio" /&gt;</description>
