Salve a tutti, sono David e da oggi sono un possessore di un smart tv Samsung serie 7- TU7100 55 pollici Crystal UHD

ho una domanda da porVi:

non sono riuscito ad associare il mio sistema home theatre kenwood tramite cavo hdmi arc.

qualcuno può aiutarmi???

potresti indicarci quali difficoltà riscontri nello specifico? L'home teather non viene rilevato dal tv?

L'home teather è correttamente impostato per il collegamento via HDMI-ARC?

Sul tv, hai effettuato la configurazione dal menu Sorgente > Guida alla connessione > Dispositivo Audio?

Ciao Veronica, grazie per aver risposto;

la tv non sembra riconoscere l'home theatre, il dispositivo ha la funzionalità ARC, mi sono limitato solo a togliere il "vecchio tv" e posizionare il nuovo; nelle impostazioni audio non trovo l'opzione home theatre ma solo altoparlante tv, soundbar o ottica.

il sistema home theatre era impostato sulla vecchia tv e non ho toccato niente.

possibile che non sia compatibile???

anche facendo manualmente l'associazione, da menù sorgente non succede nulla.
