      <description>&lt;P&gt;buongiorno.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;ho un TV sansung mod. QE43Q60RATXXH&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;mi è stato regalato nel 2021 e appena installato ho scoperto che era di importazione e quindi non mi fa accedere al servizio HBBTV.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;successivamente ho fatto un reset e riconfigurandolo il servizio si è attivato e vedevo tutte le app dei canali con i pallini rossi e anche i canali rai come il 101 4K.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;pochi giorni fa, un fatto un nuovo reset pensando di aggiornarlo visto che sono passati quasi due anni, ma dopo la configurazione il servizio HBBTV è scomparso e non e presente neanche nel menu TRASMISSIONI.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Ho provato a fare la sintonia canali sia con paese GRECIA che SLOVACCHIA ma HBBTV non funziona.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Come posso fare per riattivare il servizio HBBTV ?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;L'unica soluzione e' dotarsi di un decoder esterno.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Il tuo TV sembra essere d'importazione, in quanto tale, &lt;SPAN&gt;non possiamo garantire il corretto funzionamento di alcuni servizi nazionali e applicativi.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
