      <description>&lt;P&gt;Buongiorno, è da un paio di giorni che non riesco più ad utilizzare la tv in quando mi dice di accettare la privacy ma nel momento in cui ci provo mi dice che il server è in manutenzione che non errori 3-1 / 28-1&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Ho provato a vedere se qualcuno avesse avuto lo stesso problema e seguendo le istruzioni non sono riuscito a venirne fuori. SmartHub dice che non c'è connessione, ho provato con cavo rete, in wi-fi ed in hotspot ma senza risultato, allego le foto.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Come prima cosa, ti consiglio di staccare la spina dalla presa del muro per una decina di minuti.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In seguito, riavvia il TV e vedi se riesci a completare la procedura.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Se non dovesse funzionare, entra nelle impostazioni del TV per l'Assistenza da Remoto&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;grazie per la risposta. Purtroppo non sono riuscito a risolvere, allego altre foto dei vari tentativi, compreso il collegamento a 2 wi fi differenti e tramite un cavo di rete.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;L'assistenza da remoto purtroppo non mi funziona in quanto mi dice che non sono connesso.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;ieri ho provato a fare il collegamento da un terzo cellulare e sono riuscito ad aggiornare, ora l'ultima cosa da risolvere è che se mi ricollego alla mia rete wi-fi o lan torna a non funzionare, preciso che il televisore ha sempre usato questa rete ed è sempre andato bene.&lt;/P&gt;

Imposta una password di massimo 12 caratteri alfanumerici senza alcun carattere speciale</description>

&lt;P&gt;Il fatto che, come indicato nel tuo penultimo commento, l'errore non si sia presentato dopo aver collegato il tv alla rete hotspot di un determinato smartphone, porta a pensare che effettivamente sia emerso un inconveniente nel collegamento con determinate reti.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Hai provato a seguire i suggerimenti di Anatolia riguardo la Wi-Fi Guest e il cambio password?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Se non dovessi risolvere in questo modo, ti consiglio di eseguire un ripristino dello Smart Hub, che può risolvere eventuali inconvenienti momentanei sul sistema o riguardanti l'accesso alle app.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Puoi seguire questo percorso:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Buonasera a tutti, ho avuto lo stesso problema, e dopo una miriade di tentativi, tra reset e compagnia bella, ho risolto il problema andando nelle impostazioni di rete della TV e disabilitando la voce ipv6</description>
