&lt;P&gt;Le informazioni fornite non mi permettono di fornirti un'assistenza mirata e precisa.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Per poter far ciò ho bisogno di conoscere il model code del tv Samsung in tuo possesso e vorrei sapere se in casa hai un Echo Dot o meno.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Ciao a tutti..&lt;DIV&gt;Da un periodo a questa parte, su smart tv samsung, quando chiedo ad Alexa di mettere musica, prende il comando, però resta in facciata caricamenti e basta.. musica va, però schermo nero con caricamento in corso e basta.. ho provato si tutto, ma non ne esco.. a qualcuno è capitato!?..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
