      <description>&lt;P&gt;ho appena provato ad utilizzarla da oggi, ma anche l'app di prime video tanto per cambiare non funziona&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;il modello della TV è il js8000&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;il software è aggiornato all'ultima versione disponibile 1550&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;ho provato anche a resettare lo smart hub ma nulla cambia&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;appena seleziono un video da vedere o lo schermo diventa nero oppure in altri casi parte solo l'audio&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;si può risolvere questo problema? (ormai non l'unico sulle applicazioni più importanti delle smart tv)&lt;/P&gt;
