&lt;P&gt;Il software è aggiornato alla ultima versione T-KTSUDEUC-1310.4&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;L'account prime funziona correttamente sul pc&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Il messaggio si presenta non appena accedi all'app oppure quando provi a selezionare un contenuto da visionare?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Hai provato a collegare momentaneamente il tv a una rete internet differente al fine di verificare se l'errore si presenta anche in questo caso (es. la rete hotspot di uno smartphone)? &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Se l'errore dovesse persistere, ti consiglio di provare a procedere con un reset dello Smart Hub, procedendo in questo modo:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;la ringrazio per la risposta. Il ripristino dello smarthub ed in seguto spegnere e riaccendere l'apparecchio funziona. Il problema però si riproppone puntualmente dopo pochi giorni costringendomi ad effettuare il ripristino di continuo con realtiva perdiata di accout e password salvate ogni volta. Cosa crede si debba fare ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
